RapiKart is a multi circuit Kart racing championship that utilises rental karts to provide a competitive racing experience.

Lightweight Championship

Drivers under 80kg will be entered into the Lightweight Championship.

 

Heavyweight Championships

Drivers 80kg and over will be entered into the Heavyweight Championship.

Rookie Cup

There will be a trophy awarded to the highest place Rookie at the end of the season.

RapiKart at Herefordshire Raceway

Race Format

Karts will provided by the individual venues. These will be your standard rental Honda single engine karts. There are variants depending on the venue. Some tracks provide Twin Engine, others single, and occasionally even 2 stroke! 

​

Equipment (Helmets, Suits, etc) will be provided, although you are welcome to use your own.

​

RapiKart prefers to run the following format.

​

 Practice, Heats, and A/B Finals.

About Us

RapiKart Racing League allows kart racers of various abilities the chance to race in a competitive environment, at minimal cost. We are passionate about giving racers the chance to develop, or revisit their skills without the huge responsibility of being an owner driver, or the expense of some of the national racing championships. RapiKart encourages hobby karters, returning serious racers, or even rookies wanting to develop their race craft.

Our Team

Racing karts since 1994, after being inspired by the 94 F1 season. Down to the wire title decider, controversy, big personalities and of course, the tragic lose of one of the GOATS, Ayrton Senna. I was hooked.

As most wannabe racers, indoor karting is where it started. Graduating to outdoor was a fantastic move as you learn to drive smoother and the racing was, well, *chef's kiss*. Club 100, D-Max and the RAF karting championship followed. Multiple race wins and a few championships later, karting took a back seat. In 2019 I wanted a fairly local, affordable and competitive championship, which helps bridge that gap between Arrive & Drive and Owner kart racing. With that basic idea, RapiKart Racing League was born,
